Reflections on a Regressive Debate

I was driving last night and listened to the Regressive debate on the radio. Oh, how I wish I was somewhere where I could have live-blogged. But, what was actually scary to me, really scary, was the applause Rick Perry got as he explained the Texas approach to capital punishment. It was a visceral response where the blood lust of the audience could be felt. This is humanity?
